Regular shipping costs do not apply to our flagpoles. For these, we have engaged a special transport service that delivers the poles with the greatest care and offers the option to install them as well.
Our flagpoles are in stock in an external warehouse in Friesland (province in the north of The Netherlands). Our installer also works from there. To create the most economical and sustainable route possible, the installer groups assignments together. As a result, it may sometimes be that we only receive a date for installation a few days in advance. We always try to complete the placement/installation within 3 weeks, but in busy periods it can sometimes take a little longer.
If you use the installation service, it is possible that supplementary work may be required to achieve the desired result. This could include unexpected debris in the ground or old concrete that needs to be removed. This extra work will result in a recalculation on top of the agreed price.
If the supplementary work amounts to more than €100, you will be called about it for approval. Therefore, please ensure that you are reachable during the installation. If you are not reachable, we will make this decision for you. If you have any objections to this, please let us know in advance.
For supplementary work, we use the following recalculations:
- 1 Worker€ 60 / uur
- 2 Workers€ 100 / uur
- + Any material costs
